Purity You Can Prove

Our Quality Promise

Every drop we supply is 100% pure, lab-tested and backed by documentation — because in the oils business, quality is the only thing that matters.

No Compromise on Purity

Quality Is Not a Claim — It's a Process

The natural oils industry is full of marketing terms like "100% pure" and "therapeutic grade" that carry no scientific weight. At Rmayra Naturals Impex, we let the science speak. Every batch of oil we supply is verified through laboratory testing and supported by a Certificate of Analysis (COA), so you never have to take purity on trust alone. Our quality system runs from the farm we source from, right up to the drum that reaches your door.

What Sets Us Apart

The Pillars of Our Quality

🔬

MSDS Tested

Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry is the gold standard for oil purity. It breaks each oil into its chemical constituents to confirm authenticity and detect any adulteration or synthetic fillers.

📋

Batch-Wise COA

Every batch carries its own Certificate of Analysis recording specific gravity, refractive index, optical rotation and key markers — never a generic, recycled template.

🌾

Direct Sourcing

We source raw botanicals directly from farmers and distilleries across India — no middlemen — ensuring consistent origin, freshness and full traceability.

🧪

In-House & Third-Party Testing

Organoleptic checks, physical-parameter testing and independent third-party lab verification work together so issues are caught before any oil is dispatched.

🌿

100% Pure & Natural

No dilution, no synthetics, no carrier additions unless clearly specified. What is on the label is exactly what is in the bottle.

🔁

Batch-to-Batch Consistency

Standardised SOPs and reference profiles ensure the oil you reorder performs the same way every time — critical for reliable formulation.

How Oils Are Extracted

Our Distillation & Extraction Methods

Different botanicals require different extraction techniques to capture their purest essence. We use five industry-standard methods depending on the plant material and desired oil profile.

💨

Steam Distillation

The most widely used method for essential oils. Steam passes through plant material, vaporising the volatile compounds, which are then condensed back into liquid oil. Ideal for leaves, flowers and herbs like lavender, tea tree and eucalyptus.

🍋

Cold Pressed Extraction

Used primarily for citrus oils and carrier oils. The raw material is mechanically pressed without heat, preserving natural nutrients, aroma and colour. This gives the richest, most nutrient-dense oils — ideal for premium skincare.

🧪

Solvent Extraction

Used for delicate flowers like rose, jasmine and tuberose that cannot withstand steam. A food-grade solvent dissolves the aromatic compounds, producing a highly concentrated absolute — prized in perfumery and luxury skincare.

🌀

Fractional Distillation

A precision technique that separates different fractions of an oil based on boiling points. This allows isolation of specific compounds or removal of unwanted elements, producing oils with targeted purity and consistency.

❄️

CO2 Supercritical Extraction

The most advanced method using pressurised carbon dioxide. Produces exceptionally pure extracts without heat damage or solvent residues. Used for high-value botanicals where maximum purity and complete aroma profile are essential.

Step by Step

Our Quality Control Process

Five rigorous stages every oil passes through before it earns the Rmayra Naturals name.

1

Botanical & Source Verification

We confirm the correct botanical species (Latin name), origin and extraction method at the sourcing stage. Raw material is approved only from trusted, vetted farms and distilleries.

2

Sample MSDS Testing

Before any bulk purchase, a sample is MSDS tested. If it contains adulterants, diluents or synthetics, the batch is rejected. Only approved batches move forward.

3

Physical & Organoleptic Analysis

Our QC team checks colour, clarity, aroma, specific gravity, refractive index and optical rotation against international reference standards for that oil.

4

Documentation & COA Issuance

A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis and Safety Data Sheet are prepared so your team and regulators have complete, traceable records.

5

Safe Packing & Final Check

Approved oil is filled into UV-protected, leak-proof, batch-labelled packaging under hygienic conditions, with a final inspection before dispatch.
